Timbertown Resort and Motel - Motel Rooms and Fully Self Contained Accommodation for discerning guests

Timbertown Resort and Motel has recently undergone major renovations to the complete complex. These extensive renovations included the replacement of all our self contained accommodation, the upgrade of all our Motel Accommodation, along with new tennis court, children's playground area and resort style swimming pool and a new 12 room, two story motel accommodation wing.  AAA Tourism recognised our efforts and standards by awarding all our accommodation with a 4 star rating, one which is generally only allocated to much larger, and generally international accommodation providers.

Timbertown Resort and Motel offers the complete package.  Self contained and motel style accommodation and the free use of all facilities.  Compare the package prices and you will be surprised, as will, your wallet.

SELF CONTAINED ACCOMMODATION

Standard Cabins All our self contained accommodation cabins are fully equipped with linen, tea and coffee supplies and even shampoo and soap. All have reverse cycle air-conditioning, ensuite facilities, queen bed and 2 single bunks, sufficient for 2 adults and 4 children. Spa Cabin In addition to our standard self contained accommodation cabins we also have a self contained cabin with its own private spa.  This style of self contained accommodation cabin is similar to our resort cabins, but in place of the second bathroom, there is a large spa within the bathroom.  This cabin has a queen bed in the main room, a double fold out sofa and a single bed in the hallway. Our self contained accommodation is NOT serviced daily.  If services on these units are required more often than every third day, please advise reception on check in.  Additional charges apply for this service.

MOTEL ROOM ACCOMMODATION

All our motel room accommodation is on the ground floor, with veranda's. Rooms are all non smoking with various bedding configurations available.  All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, colour television, Austar, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, room service, free wireless broadband internet access and you can even park at the door. Deluxe Motel Rooms This type of room has a queen beds resulting in a spacious motel room.  Standard Rooms This type of room has a queen bed and a single bed Executive Spa Suite In addition to our standard resort rooms, we also have some deluxe spa suite accommodation.  The spa suite accommodation is large and includes a 106cm LCD television, leather lounge and private spa bath. King Suite Our King suites are located in the new wing of our resort, and have large and comfortable king sized beds.  The suites are spacious and would suit either the business traveller or couple.  King Suites have a large LCD television and have high quality finishing's throughout. Queen Twin Share Suite Our Queen Twin share suites, as with all our new rooms have high quality bedding, and with our Queen Twin Share Suites, there are to queen beds included in each room.  The suites are spacious and have two distinct living areas for each bed.  Our Queen Twin share suites have a large LCD television and have high quality finishing's throughout. Executive Family Suite Our executive family suites, as with all our new rooms have high quality bedding, and have a queen bed for the parents and 2 king single beds for the kids.  The suites are spacious and have two distinct living areas for each bed.  Our Executive family suites have a large LCD television and have high quality finishing's throughout. King Spa Suite Our King suites are located in the new wing of our resort.  The suites are spacious and would suit either the business traveller or couple.  King Suites have a large LCD television, a spa bath and have high quality finishing's throughout.

RESORT FACILITIES

Apart from the in house Motel and Resort facilities listed below, you are staying next door to the famous Timbertown, Heritage Theme Park. 1 minute walk to the Wauchope Indoor Stadium for squash, soccer, cricket, volleyball, netball and basketball. You are a few minutes walk to the renowned Wauchope Country Club, for Bowls and Golf.  Whether using our accommodation as a base for your holiday or a sporting event, Timbertown Resort and Motel, offers the following benefits to its guests. There is a resort style swimming pool located centrally between our motel and self contained accommodation rooms.  There is plenty of shade provided by our three shade sails. Tennis - New full size all weather tennis courts available for all Timbertown Resort and Motel guests to use.  Best of all, there is no charge.  We can even provide you with free use of our tennis equipment. Basketball - The all weather basket ball court is located between the Timbertown Motel and Resort and the Timbertown Retreat- Luxury living for the over 50's, The courts are available for all guests and can be used as a kids enclosed play area. BBQ Area - Our well equipped BBQ area has 2 gas BBQs, the undercover area is capable of seating 50 people. BBQ meat packs are available from the reception.  As with all other activities at the resort there is no charge for the guests to use the BBQ facilities.  You don't even need an esky as we have a fridge for the use of our guests.
