THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES ? |
Check In is 2pm and Check Out is 10am.

| DOES
TIMBERTOWN RESORT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT ? |

Yes, a 50% deposit is required or credit card details
need to be provided for all types of accommodation.
Alternatively the provision of valid credit card details
will suffice. |
| DOES THE
RESORT CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE ? |
A
50% cancellation fee applies if rooms are cancelled
within 7 days. A full tariff applies if cancelled within 48 hours.
We will however always attempt to assist guests with this. If we are
able to sell a previously booked room, a cancellation fee will not
be charged. |
| DOES TIMBERTOWN RESORT HAVE A
LAUNDRY ? |
Timbertown Resort and Motel has a coin operated
laundry with both washing machines and dryers. The laundry is
open during daylight hours only. Urgent needs can however be
accommodated, depending on staff availability. |
| ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE RESORT ? |
Due to health regulations no pets are allowed at Timbertown
Resort and Motel |
| DO YOU HAVE NON SMOKING ROOMS ? |

Yes, all our rooms are non smoking - there is an additional room
charge per day, which is payable for any guest choosing to smoke
in the rooms.

| ARE THE SELF CONTAINED CABINS
HEATED ? |
All the self contained accommodation at Timbertown Resort and
Motel have split system recycled air conditioners. |

CREDIT CARDS ? |
We accept Visa, Amex, Bankcard and MasterCard as well as Eftpos
facilities, but do not accept Diners Club. |
